1. General Returns & Refunds
We want you to be 100% satisfied with every purchase from our store. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a refund or exchange under the conditions listed below.
2. Return Period
Customers have 14 calendar days from the date the item is delivered to request a return or refund request. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the original condition, and in original packaging (if applicable).
3. How to Request a Return

Include your order number and reason for return. We will reply with return instructions.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was received damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance — we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.
5. Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your returned item:
- If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to post to your account.
6. Exchanges & Replacements
All of our products are made to order. For this reason, we do not offer exchanges for size, material (canvas or wood), or change of mind once production has started.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you will receive a replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue. We will replace the item at no additional cost.
8. Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Because our products are custom printed (canvas and wood prints), we do not accept returns for change-of-mind after printing has started. Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
9. Non-Returnable Items
- Items without original packaging (if required)
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
